There is no fee to join the
Credit Union. Call us at (978) 374-0558
and set up a time to meet with us. Once you come in with a Photo
ID and $5.00 to open the account and we will prepare
all of your paperwork on our computer system. The $5.00 is
the minimum balance to maintain the account. If you were ever to
close your account, this money would be returned to you.

Town Employee Membership
Any employee (past or present)
of the the following cities/towns are eligible:

Health Care Facility Membership
Any employee (past or present) of the following Health Care Facilities
are eligible:
• Anna Jaques Hospital
• Baker Katz Nursing Home
• Brown and Chun Associates
• Children's Health Care, Inc.
• Hannah Duston Long Term Care Facility
• Haverhill Crossings
• Holy Family Hospital
• Lawrence General Hospital
• Merrimack Valley Hospital
• Oxford Manor Nursing Home
• Penacook Place Nursing Home
• Pentucket Medical Associates
• Seacoast Orthopedic Associates
• Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital
• Women's Health Care
Family Membership
Any Family Member of an eligible member can also become a member of the Credit Union. This includes
any person who maintains their principal residence in the same
household as an eligible member.
